Go to our "Tables Layout by Location" page, find the table numbers you want, and then fill out your online reservation form there or on our "Pricing and Reservations" page to reserve your tables and pay for your next show.

APP is not your typical trade show promoter. While we do have priority tables available, we do not lock up the best spots for every show. This means that unless a table has been reserved and paid for (either in full or via a deposit), it is available for the first person to request it. In other words, if you like your current table and want to keep it for the next show, you may pay in advance and do so. Any table not reserved for the next show becomes available and is first come, first served. This is a great advantage for you.
If a location's future show date has not been listed, then we will give priority to those who have expressed interest in returning for the next show.

We at APP are proud to offer a referral program for our loyal vendors. For every new vendor you refer, upon completion of their first show, you will receive anywhere from a $5 to $10 credit on your next show.
We want you to take advantage of this program; however, we want to keep it going for as long as possible to reward each of you. Therefore, we respectfully request you not abuse nor manipulate it.
Payments can be made online, electronically, and/or through personal correspondence.
Certain aspects of our cancellation policy vary by location. Please visit with us regarding specific details.
Cancelations under 14-days require a down-payment to be made when booking your next two shows.
Cancelations 7-days and under require a down-payment to be made when booking your next three shows.
Please understand, late cancelations impact not only our ability to put on a great show, but it also hurts your fellow vendors along with our ability to promote you in future shows.
